Cancellations at least 30 days prior to the originally scheduled course or training date have the option to receive a full refund MINUS 10% to cover processing fees; or apply the entire balance to a future course or training date within one year of the originally scheduled course or training date.
Any cancellation less than 30 days, but no less than 7 days prior to the originally scheduled course or training date will not receive a refund, but will be eligible to use that balance towards any course with available space within one year of the originally scheduled course or training date.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will not be refunded. (Exceptions may be determined by the owner of My Defensive Training on a case by case basis.)
All courses and training dates are subject to cancellation or postponement by My Defensive Training due to extreme weather, class minimums, illness, etc.
